Design Statement:
Located in their corporate headquarters, AAA Washington's call center must remain operational twenty four hours a day. The design answers infrastructure demands allowing the center to function if outside power and services are cut off due to weather or natural disaster. The design takes advantage of views of the natural setting and location of the headquarters. Smart workstation design incorporates the myriad of information customer service representatives must have to answer members' questions.
